The Omega I've just stripped had a fan mounted in the wing, it was connected to the e.c.u./relay box via a tube...
Maybe your fan is not working or the ducting is loose/blocked?
Havent seen that which side wing?

The one nearest the relay/E.C.U. box... by the battery.

The fan is tucked up close to the passenger door, within the wing.
