I paid £360 to Aviva in December for mine. Got full no claims etc. Got 3 points on my licence but it shouldnt make that much difference.

my daughter 19 new vw polo 1.2 fully comp.with red telphone £1.400.it was £1900 for her old clapped out ka when she was 18,cant make that out.

Nothing as strange as insurance for the young, put yourself and the wife? down as drivers on her policy and that will bring it down a bit, well it did for Master Vamps.....

Same with my son,with myself and the wife added the policy dropped by £150
