good points about the bedroom
but hes 15 now so it should help him get up in the morning! also the chap fitting it is also including a carbon monoxide sensor with the fitting.
we are doing it this way because  we think its the best option if we keep the old boiler we have got to have the flue changed so thats 600 pounds of scaffolding plus new flue, then the boiler still needs fixing  so approx 12-1400.we also dont know how long the boiler will last so in six months we get proplems again.buy having new we get a more modern system thats got to be more economical it will come with a warranty and we get a 250 cashback off our insurance.so in real terms its going to be costing about 400 pounds for a new system.
