Gayboy, and neighbours with stagnant water? I know nothing's changed, but the recent hot weather could potentially have caused a load of eggs to hatch...

I came back from the airfield in the Westfield last night in a fog of the 'stards. Most of them ended up on the windscreen. I noticed the wings were quite dirty with them when putting the gliders away too. The temperature has probably triggered them to hatch. Too bad for them that I emptied the water butt last weekend. ;D

A good trick to stop Mozzie bites itching is to put beer on them!  ;)  Something to do with the yeast I think, but it works!!  :y :y :y

The beer goes on the bites not the Mozzies!! Just thought I'd clarify as you lot are easily confused!!  :)

Got the UV unit on. Last night, a fly just wouldn't explode, and just sizzled a smoked for ages. Jeez, did it stink. Mrs TB saw the smirk on my face, and called me a sadistic bastard...

I hate flies. Disgusting things.

Ooh I rekon the tennis bat is fairly close for a hand held mobile device. Sparks and sometimes flames. Depends on the length of the fuses legs. ;D

Needless to say, Daddy long legs are most satisfying dramatic. And stink.

We have a halogen up lighter in the lounge. Occasionally there's that smell, if they fly into it, and fry. Proof being a wisp of up lit smoke. Its a pleasent effect IMO. ;D

I'm constantly changing batteries in my bat. Actually, I think the bat may have suffered an ill judged swipe, I'll have to check  :-[

It doesn't need a powerful swing, you'll snap the head off. ;D

Just a touch is all it needs. There's a strange satisfaction from a minimal effort death.  :y
