Ive had ""crappy"" tyres on various cars over the years Nankang being the preferred choice and have never had problems in the wet.....Ive had the car sideways a few times but then i have with so called super dooper tyres,no tyre will grip in the wet if your driving like a cock.

Ive currently got a set of Full runs on the rear of the Elite and despite some entustic driving (Read driving like a cock

) they have gripped remarkably well despite being crappy and costing £50 each fitted.

People really should remeber that its the driver that keeps the car on the road and shouldn't put all there faith in the tyres and hope they will keep them on the road simply because they cost a small fortune,seems too be a lot of Snobbery when it comes too tyres.
