24,000 glaziers have been dispatched to the region, where the gas system is off and needs to be fully checked before it goes back on, windows are blown out and it is -20degC at night.  :o :o :o :o

There have been reports of people smashing windows to get new glass to European standards.  ::)

I don't think they will fix the zinc factory shown in various pictures just by replacing the cracked glass in a window.  :o :o
