I used the Sat Nav on my son's Vodafone H1 360 this week and was perfect. Thumbs up from me. :y :y :y

Strange maybe its just the iPhone version but I haven't had any postcode issues. As for planning a route without GPS, I just go into Plan or Edit Trip. You can then add stops, first being the start point etc. Then click go. It then plans the route for you. Simples.


Edit: I may be wrong about that!! Just looking now and it looks like it still uses your last know location as a start point. HHHHmmmmmmm

I have mine purely for people to contact me, I try never to ring anyone on it, it costs money....  Does that make me more weird than you.  ::)

If you use a postcode, then later what to return to that same place, its in history. Only its wrong.  For example, for my postcode, the history shows Halse (another village, about 1m outside of Brackley). For her dad in Horspath, it shows it in history as Forest Hill. Great for privacy, but PITA otherwise ;D

I'll try the advance route planning, if that cures it, thats one less annoyance :y

If I use a postcode it just comes up with the address in the recent page, seems normal. Did you see my edit. The Plan route thing don't work like I thought it did bud. Shame.

Good stuff, mine just remembers where it was when the sat nav was last turned off and uses that at a start point.  :'(

I have just come off the phone to T-mobile  who have offered me an i-phone to stay with them  the monthly payment plan is the same as it was £35pm.

I thought o2 had the rights to provide i-phones on contract in the UK  or has that changed ?
