Thanks :y

Kevin... Is the water boiler still a possibility? Would make Tea/Coffee easier :y

Sounds like we need to organise the foodstuffs then

Yep, my parents have one. I can pick it up if required. I assume we have mains power and water? (Have a genny if required but it's not the most efficient way to make tea, and will take up most of my tool-space). ;D

Few other items we might need to consider that I could bring:

Worktop / tables for cooking / tea making?
Mains cables / extension leads required?
Calor Gas grill &/or Hob. Useful if weather scuppers full-on outdoor barbie?
Work lights - assume the more the merrier?

I guess Guffer is best placed to answer the above with reference to the venue facilities.

Reckon I'll probably have a little space in the car, although probably not much as I think I'm collecting a couple of Front End Kits  ::) ;)

I doubt I'll bother with any tools, except the locking kit and battery impact gun, as I'm not likely to be able to do anything much :'(

Guffer, are we allowed to use the compressor? I could bring my air ratchet and impact gun if so

Worktop / tables for cooking / tea making?  Not required, plenty on site alkthough if you want one for next to the BBQ that would need bringing

Mains cables / extension leads required?  Pretty useful
Calor Gas grill &/or Hob. Useful if weather scuppers full-on outdoor barbie?  Yes, all cooking has to be outdoors although there is a smokers area we can cook in which is covered.

Work lights - assume the more the merrier?  Yes, they will be handy although the pit and the lift both have lighting.

Righto... I'll bring the electric impact gun though... Handy for wheel nuts if nothing else :y

Actually... It's probably a bit too powerful to use on anything else :-X ::)

If we need extension leads for power, I have a 300' (I think) extension lead that will blend right in to the surroundings and the cable is rated to be driven/walked over by things that weigh a lot more than an Omega  ;D (Harriers, IIRC!)

That should reach from pretty much anywhere to anywhere..

I suppose thats true, Aaron, assuming of course that 'anywhere' and 'anywhere' are always roughly 300' apart... ;D

As said earlier, I have an electric griddle/hotplate thing, ideal for bacon (and eggs if people want an egg sarnie ::)), but around 2kw, so someone would need to bring a suitable extn lead (guffers will confirm length needed).

Are we going to try to coordinate foodstuffs, or just bring our own? There is usually a dreadful waste at OOF meets...

Guffers - presumably the workshop is nowhere near bar, so bring soft drinks if whats what we want during day (and sure they dont want oily blokes in bar anyway)?

I can bring my gas one (as used for breakfast at the lakes) then we can set it up anywhere.
