Finished drilling spot welds. Gently persuaded the remainder of the slam panel to fall off  :-X

If anyone happened to have a V8 lying around I reckon now would be a good time to drop one in ::)

Obviously such a scheme would involve time and money, both of which are in short supply. :-/

P.s this is not really a wanted ad for a V8 :P

Gave up on the exhaust replacment due to, initially torrential rain and then knackered my remaining stock of drill bits trying to drill the studs out of the o/s cat.
Will fire up the Honda in the morning to go and replenish drill bit stock and then get back on it. Im supposed to be collecting a car in Dartford tomorrow (or Weds. am) and visiting Twiglet tomorrow evening.

Last night was an attempt (an failed) to remove the cat pipe.  Damn lambda sensor will well and truly stuck in and the mount next to it is going to have to have bolt cut off, back under it again tonight.

I do like cutting it fine, need this done to get it through its MOT this week so we can use it to go camping on Saturday!

Non-removal definately seems to be the trend  >:( I really don't have the money to buy a new on (account is almost empty until I get paid Friday), so even looking at getting anything (working) as cheap as possible to get me through the MOT.  SWMBO is not happy  :-?

What "stuff" did you put in?
I found the only one that really ever worked well for me was K-Seal.

Sealed a couple of rads with that.

Will supposedly seal blocks too, but that might be a bit far fetched.

'Twas K-seal
Have used it before about 9 months ago, seemed to stop it until recently.
Can't find a leak anywhere, even after adding some UV reactive fluid (don't ask) and a 400w blacklight, God knows where it's all going!
