Gave it a second coat this morning. Tortoise sat and watched but didnt offer to help. Probably because its spoilt rotten, so that kind of activity is beneath it.  ;D

Just fitted the new Rad and refitted associated bits & pieces to the Omega. Ran it up to Temp. and it appears water tight, so job jobbed..........I hope.  :)
Im knackered now. Its no fun getting old.  ::)

Still sorting my workshop out, big pile of air cooled VW bits waiting for some one to collect. Found I still have some O mega bits to get rid of, header tank, black plod centre console, rear wiper motor and some odd bits.

Had the headlights on the RRS " restored " to as new condition nice & clear now & it's certainly improved the front end appearance.

The soft plastic on the inside of the front door handles has become gooey and sticky, a bit like plasticine.  I scraped it all out on the drivers door handle and scrubbed the residue out with some solvent which has improved it, but then it started raining so I'll attack the passenger door handle another time.  :)

I'm pondering buying these to replace them altogether, but not sure of the colour match.  :-\
