Hiya buddy,
Yeah, i've dealt with that company before, really friendly, fast service and as with any product these days, if it's unopened, sure it'll be fine to exchange. They put a disclaimer in the box 'please check correct fitment before opening' so presumably that means they're ok to return.
I'm not saying the H1 'vision plus' are crap, just that I personally didn't notice as much improvement as I was expecting, after all, they are supposed to be about the best H1 bulbs you can buy :-/ I didn't like the way they caused LOADS of glare for other drivers . Choosing Philips however, they should last a decent amount of time and I think they are guaranteed for a while also. I'm not sure what else you could try though, I haven't tried, but hear very good reports on the 'Osram Silverstar'. Either way, i'd probably keep the others as spares or as a comparison.
The 80% ones worked a treat for me and should do for you also. They aren't the whitest light around but their distance and vision of the road is an absolute beauty! Another guy on one of the other threads was very pleased with his experiences also.
The amount of bulbs/combinations I have tried is ridiculous. I dread to think how much money spent on bulbs over the years, a bit sad like(!), but we do alot of night driving, approx 60%, so good vision is a high priority, is also less tiresome with good lights, less strain on the eyes 8-)
I also use an Astra which has PIAA bulbs which are superb, very bright, white, the only thing is the quality control isn't that great and some require adjustment etc. Now, on the Omega, we've got a HID kit fitted and this just creams the lot

Have to say though I have learned, you do get what you pay for with bulbs
